Where are the products shipped from?

Orders to EU are shipped from our production facility in Slovenia, Central Europe.

In case you are shipping the items with an address in Canada or the United States and one or more shipping options from below are available, this means that items are available to be shipped from the warehouse near you.

On selecting any of above options, items will be directly shipped locally, using Amazon fulfilment services.

Do you offer express shipping option?

We offer express shipping with next day dispatch. Inside Europe express shipping takes 1-2 days. For the rest of the world 2-5 days can be expected.

Certain orders from United States and Canada support one-day shipping using Amazon fulfilment services.

What currency are your prices listed in?

Our prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). While we have a presence in both Europe and the USA, all transactions on our site are processed in USD for consistency and ease.
If you're ordering from outside the United States, you can still make a purchase using your local credit or debit card. Your payment provider will automatically handle the currency conversion at the current exchange rate.
